Walk Through Waterdale – Thank You

Who knew that putting on a concert would be so much work? And who knew that it would feel so rewarding?

It is so hard to ignore the history that exists within the Waterdale family, and it was so humbling to be involved, to be able to watch friends reuniting after many years, to see performers reliving some of their most treasured memories on stage. Finally, to hear such positive feedback from those who simply came to watch.

Everyone at the Rivergum Theatre on Saturday April 13th has been affected, in some way by Waterdale. If not, we would not still be here. With that we would like to thank the previous committees who paved the way for us, and provided such fond memories for so many.

Thank you to Nicholas La Mattina and the cast of Walk Through Waterdale for making it such a special night.
Thank you to the band, to the volunteers, and to everyone who came to watch. Thank you to Stagepass Event Audio and Slim Productions for providing sound and lighting. Thank you to Jess LM for making our fantastic program, Nick Rouse for making the logo. Thank you to Parade College for the rehearsal and performance space.Thank you to Dynamic Performers AustraliaIan Nisbet Vocal CoachingScott Bailey, and Fiona Boyle for their generous donations.Thank you to Sarah Jane Calsiña for finding photos from a show we had no trace of, Kirsty Nisbet for her foyer display, and everyone who provided ideas and suggestions along the way.

Finally thank you to Waterdale for providing all of us a place to feel home at one time or another.
